Hire Me

I’m proud of my journey. I started with no one in my circle in the software field and built a career that has grown quickly. It wasn’t luck; it was driven by a specific mindset and a real curiosity that I bring to every project.

This page is for recruiters and teams looking for more than just another developer. This is my philosophy on work.

I Work for the Problem, Not Just the Employer

I love this job because I love solving problems. For me, it’s a craft. I don’t just want to build a feature that “works.” I want to build it with quality, plan it to be scalable, and leave the codebase better than I found it.

I believe in a simple principle: when I do the work to meet my own high standards, my employer gets the best possible result as a byproduct. That feeling of ownership is my default mode.

The Art of Adaptation: My Onboarding Strategy

Joining a new company is a challenge. My approach is different because I enjoy the journey of learning a new system.

  1. First, I Adapt: I don’t come in trying to implement my own system. I focus on learning how things work, understanding the existing patterns, and absorbing the team’s culture.
  2. Then, I Document & Optimize: As I learn, I document. Once I understand the “why” behind the system, I look for ways to make it faster and more efficient without disrupting the flow.

This method has allowed me to integrate smoothly and add value quickly. The greatest appreciation I’ve received is that at every company I’ve left, my managers have asked me to stay and invited me to come back anytime.

From Philosophy to Proof: My Public Journey

Talk is cheap. The best way to show my work ethic is to show my work.

My real passion is building solid, testable, and high-quality native iOS applications. I am currently on a public, disciplined mission to master the deepest levels of iOS engineering.

  • My EssentialFeed project is my deep dive into Test-Driven Development (TDD) and the clean architectures required to build professional, modular iOS apps.
  • My my-learning-journey repository is the daily log of this entire process, where I’m tackling everything from System Design to Data Structures.

This same mindset is how I approach new technologies. I previously completed a public 7-day challenge to build a full-featured crypto tracking app, “Signal,” from scratch in React Native. The entire project was finished in under 11 hours. You can read the full retrospective here.

These projects aren’t just for show. They are exercises in putting my entire philosophy into practice.

My Promise & My Next Mission

I’m not the kind of developer who aces every whiteboard algorithm on the first try, but I am the one who will be working on it relentlessly, as my learning repo proves.

My next mission is to become a great communicator. I am actively taking an “Art of Speaking” course and have started a YouTube channel to practice sharing my technical journey. It’s my first step in learning to teach and lead, not just to code.

Here is my promise: You will get a highly self-motivated, adaptable, and quality-focused engineer who sees the journey as the reward. You’ll get someone who can pull off anything because my career itself is proof of that.

Let’s Build Something Great Together

If your team is looking for an engineer with a proven track record of execution and a passion for quality for a Lead iOS, Senior iOS, or React Native role, I believe we could be a great fit.
